Parade and Tree Lighting

Washougal citizens joined Santa Clause for the Third Annual Lighted Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting on Friday!  Awards were given for Santa Choice, Best Use of Music, and Best Use of Lights.  Congratulations to all our winners.   A big thank you to the parade sponsors:  Waste Connections, Safeway, Starbucks, and Bi-Mart.  Performances by the Washougal High School choir and keyboard carols by Barbara Curry added to the festivities.  Meals on Wheels served refreshments.
